Road Dog Rentals is a tour-vehicle rental business. We collect the information we need to quote your trip, confirm your booking, and invoice you — and nothing beyond that. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
This policy covers the website at rentroaddog.com and the rental services provided by Road Dog Rentals ("we", "us", "our"). If you have questions about anything here, contact us at info@rentroaddog.com.
When you submit a booking request through this site, we collect:
Booking requests are optional. You can email or call us instead and skip the form entirely.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking pixels.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Doing so sends your IP address to Google as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy.
No payment information is collected on this website. There is nowhere on this site to enter a card number. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or bank details through this site. Payment is handled separately through invoices as described below.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the business:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim — for example, in a dispute over damage to a vehicle.
This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Booking submissions are stored in access-controlled accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not store payment details anywhere, which removes the most sensitive category of data entirely.
You can, at any time:
Email info@rentroaddog.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an active booking will be communicated to you directly.
